Our mission is to encourage youth participation by emphasizing personal, social, and professional development, entrepreneurship training, and advocacy coaching. We are committed to advocating for the youth of this country, prioritizing these key areas of focus. We uphold the principles of Participatory Action Research, Positive Youth Development, and the Strengths Perspective, as we seek to engage youth not only in The Bahamas but across the region and the world. We empower them to stand up and make their voices heard.
As parents and guardians of the next generation, we share a collective responsibility to guide and nurture today’s youth, ensuring a lasting positive legacy for future generations. Our goals are achieved through creative methods that promote youth participation, alongside fostering community and corporate partnerships.
